What makes this work distinctive is the combination I bring: 25 years in senior commercial leadership roles – carrying real targets, navigating complex organisations, working across all levels of leadership – combined with deep expertise as an ICF accredited coach and behavioural change specialist.
I work with leaders and organisations through executive coaching, strategic facilitation, sales performance, and experiential leadership through working with horses – to expand leadership capability and deliver impact.
